{"id":937,"date":"2022-11-12T17:29:36","date_gmt":"2022-11-12T17:29:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.srilankaabroad.com\/scholarships\/?p=937"},"modified":"2022-12-18T15:38:26","modified_gmt":"2022-12-18T15:38:26","slug":"university-of-leeds-uk-beit-trust-scholarships-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.srilankaabroad.com\/scholarships\/scholarships-for-study-in-europe\/university-of-leeds-uk-beit-trust-scholarships-2023\/","title":{"rendered":"University of Leeds \u2013 UK, Beit Trust Scholarships, 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The University of Leeds \u2013 UK is offering the Beit Trust Scholarships to individuals who are looking at studying for a degree program at the Institution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Scholarship provides a number of full awards and is open to applicants&nbsp;domiciled in Malawi, Zambia and Zimbabwe to undertake a one-year taught Master\u2019s programme which meets the aims of the scheme to provide long-term benefit for their own country, with the exception of the Master\u2019s of Business Administration (MBA).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:&nbsp;<\/strong>20 February 2023<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eligible Countries:&nbsp;<\/strong>Malawi, Zambia and Zimbabwe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Types:&nbsp;<\/strong>Masters<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Value of Awards:&nbsp;<\/strong>Fully-funded<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Number of Award<\/strong>s: at least 6<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eligibility:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Applicants must already hold a degree of equivalent standard to a good UK second class honours degree.<\/li><li>Applicants must be citizens of Malawi, Zambia and Zimbabwe<\/li><li>Applicants&nbsp;are required to meet the&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.leeds.ac.uk\/projectleeds\/info\/123100\/admissions\/143\/entry_requirements\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">English language requirements&nbsp;<\/a><\/strong>of the university.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How to Apply:&nbsp;<\/strong>Interested Students are obliged to enroll in the&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/application.leeds.ac.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">taught masters program<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;at the University of Leeds. Students can download the&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/scholarships255225.typeform.com\/to\/fgRgQPFj\">application form<\/a><\/strong>, and Zimbabweans and Malawians should send their application forms to&nbsp;<strong>africa@beittrust.org.uk<\/strong>.
